In 2014, we were invited by Artscape to support the opening of Artscape Youngplace, a newly renovated former TDSB school transformed into art studios, flexible rental spaces, a daycare, and a community center. It was a fantastic experience! We also took the opportunity to highlight Toronto artist Cybele Young’s book Ten Birds. You can read more about this project in the BlogTO article. Unfortunately, we don’t have many photos since the unit where we set up for an art activity didn’t yet have lighting! Fortunately, Artscape brought in a professional photographer to catch the night!
