Visiting Artist Programs for Public & Private Schools

Our studio is committed to bringing quality art education into your classroom! Our Visiting Artist Program includes a broad range of lesson plans that complement the curriculum from Kindergarten to Grade 8.
We teach all mediums including fine drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, mixed media, ceramics, sewing, felting, embroidery, and knitting. In addition to learning and developing art-making techniques, our projects introduce students and teachers to both historical and contemporary artists and their practices.

Our fees are aligned with the Carfac fee scale for professional artists.

Fees for one Visiting Teaching-Artist visiting a school:
$380+HST for a Half Day Visit + Supplies
$580+HST for a Full Day + Supplies

Fees for one Visiting Teaching-Artist receiving a visit at Artscape Wychwood Barns

$475.00+ HST for a Half Day Visit + (some) Supplies depending on project.
